Our projects are based on 3 pillars

1. Objective

The project is a set of well-defined complex objectives. It is divided into several tasks involving coordination, control of deadlines, costs and performance.

2. Life cycle

Launch
First, it is important to identify a need, problem or opportunity in the business and define a goal for the project.
Stages of the inception phase may include a feasibility study to determine if the project is feasible, an identification of the scope and the expected results, an identification of the stakeholders on the project and the writing of an opportunity study to compare the potential costs and benefits of the project.
Finally, it is recommended to document the objectives, scope and results previously identified in the form of a statement of tasks.
Planning
After project approval, planning involves breaking the project down into smaller tasks and creating achievable goals within the time frame.
Steps in the planning phase may include creating a project plan with a timeline, workflow diagrams to clarify roles, estimating the budget and financial plan, building the team with the necessary resources, anticipation of risks and potential obstacles, a kick-off meeting to integrate the team and present the project.
It is also recommended to use a workflow diagram template to describe the different steps and responsibilities of the process.
Execution
The Execution phase of the project management lifecycle is about turning the plan into action by organizing the tasks of team members, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring that work is completed according to the original plan.
Steps in this phase may include creating tasks, organizing workflows, communicating with team members, clients, and management, controlling the quality of work, and managing the budget by monitoring expenses and meeting project commitments.
Closing
Once a project is completed, the closing phase begins. This step involves delivering the end results, releasing project resources, and determining the success of the project.
The project manager should also assess project performance, team performance, document project closure, conduct a post-delivery review so that learned lessons could add value for similar projects in the future, and allocate remaining resources for future projects.

3. Methods

Deming wheel
This is a sequential process divided into four stages with the aim of continuously improving the management of a project.
The four fundamental pillars of the Deming Wheel method or PDCA:
Plan: Prepare, Plan
Do: Apply, implement
Check: Control, verify
Act: Adjust, correct, react.
Lean
Optimizes processes by reducing non-value-added time, causes of non-quality and complexity. This method is supported by an important managerial dimension that allows employees to work in the best conditions. Ultimately, two main objectives are targeted: improving the company's performance through the involvement of all of a company's employees.
The Agile Methodology
recommends setting short-term goals. The project is therefore divided into several sub-projects. Once the objective is achieved, we move on to the next one, until the final objective is achieved.
This approach is more flexible since it is impossible to foresee and anticipate everything, it leaves room for unforeseen events and changes.
Agile is one of the most popular approaches to project management thanks to its flexibility, adaptability to change, and high level of customer input.
Scrum
Is one of the Agile project management methods. As such, its objective is to improve team productivity, while enabling product optimization through regular feedback from end users. The Scrum method seeks to speed up the execution of tasks.
